The Gritti Palace, one of the most elegant hotels in Venice offers a three-day cooking demonstration centered around different themes. Chef Celentino offers a wonderful learning experience regardless of your culinary knowledge.  These courses are limited to 18 people and the sessions take place in  specially equipped room.  The courses are held in Italian with a simultaneous translation to English.  The menu of the day is developed in the presence of the participants and tasted together at lunch.  The wines are chosen for the dishes and are served and introduced by the sommelier.
