Your accommodations
are at the Villa Giona
which is set among
12 acres of trees and
vineyards near Verona.
The hands on classes
are taught by Giuliano. You
will learn to make
pastas, risotto, meats,
fish, vegetables, and
desserts. Each
class is 5 hours and
concludes with dinner
and wine.
Daily field trips
to a rice mill, a frantoia,
cheese factory and
prosciutto factory. Giuliano
is an exceptional teacher
and makes regular appearances
at cooking schools
in the USA and Europe.

A Welcome reception begins
on Sunday at 7pm. The
