 Enjoy cooking with Velia in Umbria and you will develop a deeper appreciation of Italian cuisine. All cooking lessons are followed by a meal and are accompanied by the best wines Italy has to offer.
Velia’s knowledge and skills will help to create a memorable cooking experience.
Enjoy a one-day class or a three or six day hands on class. Classes begin at 10am. Upon arrival enjoy a lite breakfast of cappuccino and pastry. Your class will begin thereafter and conclude at 12:30 followed by lunch and a sampling of two wines. As part of the program you will receive an apron, hat and recipe booklet.
