Join
chef Paolo Monti and Chef Gianluca Pardini in Tuscany
for a week long culinary program Tuscany style.
You will be staying in a 4 star hotel, Hotel Carignano,
just outside of Lucca. This comprehensive hands on cooking
program will also include a wine tour to Greve in Chianti,
which will include a cheese and salami tasting. During
your cooking class you will learn to make to make such
dishes as meat and fish entrees, ribollita, biscotti,
tuscan antipasti, and other tuscan desserts.
As well as the wine tour you will have the opportunity
to visit Parma and Siena.
At the end of the course each student will receive a
certificate and personalized apron and hat.
