Come and experience tuscan cooking at its best.  Classes will be instructed by regional chefs and classes will specialize in pasta, bread making, and local tuscan cuisine.  morning begin with the cooking class followed by lunch.  Afternoon is saved for local market visits, wine tasting and tours to Siena, Lucca, chianti regions and more.

Villa Delia is located in the countryside of western Tuscany 20 minutes from Pisa. The villa has been restored with all modern facilities.  Each bedroom is decorated with tuscan furniture, spacious private baths, minibar, telephone and cable television.  It has a tennis court, swimming pool and exercise facilities.  Olive oil and wine are produced on the villa's premises.

Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival day with a buffet lunch.  At 7:30 there will be aperitifs served followed by dinner, introductions, and orientation. 

Day 2 : 9:00 to 11am cooking class - 11:30 visit to pasta factory, Olive oil tasting and then lunch at Gattaiola.  Dinner at Villa Delia at 9pm 

Day 3: 9:00 to 11:30 cooking class  12:30 lunch at the villa  3:00 departure to Lucca with a tour  Dinner at Buca Santanonio in Lucca at 8PM

Day 4 : 9:00 to 11:30 cooking classes 12:30 lunch at Monastero 3:30 visit to San Gimignano Dinner at Villa Delia at 9PM

Day 5: 9:00 to 11:30 cooking classes 11:30 depart to le Cinque Terre for the day with a picnic lunch from the villa tasting of local white wine Dinner at Villa Delia at 9PM

Day 6: 9:00 to 11:30 cooking class with lunch to follow at 1PM The Great Bocce Tournament for the afternoon Dinner at Villa Delia at 8:30 - Make your own pizza in the evening

Day 7: 9:00 to 10:30 cooking classes At 11:00 excursion to Villa Capenzzana. Lunch and wine tasting with Contessa Bonacossi Dinner at the Villa at 9PM

Day 8: 8:30 to 11:30 cooking classes 12:30 lunch at the villa 2:30 depart for visit to Siena and shops Dinner in Piazza Del Campo on Siena Return late to the villa

Day 9: 8:30 to to 10:30 cooking class 11:00 excursion to Florence Lunch and wine tasting at Villa S. Michele Free afternoon and leave Florence at 7PM to go back to the villa farewell dinner at the villa at 9PM

Day 10:  Departure after breakfast
