Mimma, Marisa, Lele, Simonetta and Franca welcome you into their homes for a wonderful three day culinary adventure. The hands on classes begin in the afternoon and continue into the evening when everyone sits around the dining table.
Five ladies, five houses and five kitchens will delight your culinary senses. The classes start in the afternoon and conclude with dinner. Olive oil and wine tastings in Chiant farms as well as market visits complete the activities.
Visitors are requested to stay in the accommodations of the Tutti a Tavola. |

Day 1 :
(Monday) Arrive and
wine tasting at 5:30.
Day 2 :
(Tuesday) 9:30 Learn
all about the production
of olive oil with a
tasting to follow. .
At 4:00 your 'hands-on" session
begins followed by
dinner and wine.
Day 3 :
(Wednesday) The morning
is your time to relax
and enjoy the countryside.
Your second cooking
lesson will begin at
4:00PM followed by
dinner which could
last until 9PM.
Day 4: (Thursday)
You will have a guided
visit to the markets
in Montevarchi and your third
hands-on cooking class
will begin on your return
followed by your Farewell
dinner.
We loved Marisa and Sandra
and the apartment at
La Casa di San Donato
was perfect. It was
quaint and comfortable
and provided everything
we needed. The location
was terrific as it was
so close to Radda. We
enjoyed walking around
and eating in the cafes
there. We also went
to the local market and
stocked up on food and
wine for our apartment.
The wine tasting at Franca's
was wonderful. She
is so much fun. It
was a great opportunity
for us to become acquainted
with our fellow classmates
(who were loads of fun).
The first cooking class
was at Franca's the following
night. What a wonderful
piece of property she
has. The dishes that
we made were amazing,
and she and Simonetta
were terrific at getting
everyone involved.
Our second class was
at Simonetta's. Again
a most enjoyable night. We
learned how to make Gelato!!! (A
highlight for me). Plus
many other mouthwaters
dishes. The final class
was at Marisa's. Again.....
Fabulous! All in all
everything was perfect!
