Comments
The cooking school experience exceeded our expectations!  Everything about it, from the location to the family to the chef and the restaurant was beyond description, and we would highly recommend it to anyone.  It was an intensive 3 days and we learned so much.  The rooms in the abbey were very comfortable and we were told over and over again to make ourselves at home,  The wine and olive oil that they produce there is superb also.(NJ)
