 This school offers four and eight day programs with group lessons. the program includes cooking lessons, local product tastings, cultural and gastronomic tours. The lessons last up to 4 hours and each lesson includes the preparation of a complete menu, from the appetizer to the dessert, followed by tastings of all prepared dishes and the dishes are accompanied by Italian wines. |

The school is open 365 days a year.
Sample Itinerary for 4 day program:
Day 1 - Transfer from the airport and Welcome cocktail followed by dinner at the hotel.
Day 2 - Cooking class will begin after breakfast. After your tasty lunch you will tour with the chef. Dinner will be at the Pizzeria Aurora with a pizza making demonstration.
Day 3 - Breakfast at the hotel and then on to your next cooking lesson. After lunch you will visit a distillery with tastings. Dinner will be at Don Alfonso restaurant with a visit of their wine cellar.
Day 4 - Breakfast at the hotel and then transfer to the airport! |
