Join chefs Paolo Monti and Gianluca Pardini in Tuscany for a weeklong culinary program focused on delicious Tuscan cooking. During this comprehensive hands-on cooking program you will learn how to make such dishes as ribollita, risotto, biscotti, Tuscan antipasti, meat and fish entrees and other Tuscan desserts. At the end of the course each student will receive a certificate and personalized apron and hat. Accommodations consist of seven nights at Hotel Carignano, a 4-star hotel just outside of Lucca. Outings include a wine tour to Greve in Chianti, featuring a cheese and salami tasting, as well as the opportunity to visit Parma and Siena.
Price per person (based on double occupancy) ranges from 1890-2290 euro, depending on season. Rates include hotel, five cooking lessons, all lunches and dinners, wines and tours. Also note that Chef Paolo offers more programs in other parts of Italy, including one-day classes beginning at 95 euro.
