 Mamma Agata's state of the art outdoor kitchen is where she conducts her demonstration classes. The class begins at 10:30 in the morning and concludes about 2pm. Your class may include such specialties as; pasta, pizza, chicken, veal, seafood and more. After your preparations you will lunch on the terrace facing the Mediterranean Sea, where you will enjoy the beautiful vistas of the Amalfi Coast.
Mamma Agata began her cooking school in 1997 after many years experience. During her time in the kitchen she has been the personal chef for some very famous people including: Jacqueline Kennedy, Anita Eckberg, Marcello Mastroianni and more!

The class was wonderful. Mamma Agata and her daughter were more than
delightful.Her garden is amazing and the food we prepared was so fresh
and I learned some new techniques . All in all it was the best part of
our trip to the Amalfi coast.
