 Chef Fausto Oneto presides over "U Giancu", a charming restaurant in the hills above Rapallo in Luguria. Early morning arrival is important so that you can accompany the chef to the market in the town square. After the market, Chef Fausto will conduct an herb and vegetable tour to demonstrate the use of this local product in various recipes. The cooking lesson will last about 3 hours, followed by a tasting lunch. Students will return to "U Giancu" later in the evening for a gourmet dinner with wine. |
