Itinerary
Class begins at 9am

Wine and cheese tasting at 12 noon

Five course lunch with three great local wines at 12:30pm

Examples of the foods you will prepare: Pizza, bread, focaccia, fresh pasta, filled pasta, sauces, meats, vegetarian recipes, and desserts.

Afternoon workshops and visits can be arranged for an additional charge. You may choose to visit a farm and winery or visit to a medieval town with dinner at a classic trattoria. Accommodations can be arranged at hotels in Orvieto at an additional charge.
