A cooking class in Mazzano Romano which is about 30 minutes outside of Rome, can also be arranged. A car will be waiting outside of your hotel to take you to the ancient town of Mazzano Romano, where you will feel you have entered another world. Arrive at the county home and you will tour the wonderful garden on the property to gather your herbs and vegetables. You will create an appetizer, first and second course and let us not forget the dessert. Buon Appetit ! This hands – on – class/ experience begins at 9:30 and ends at 5:30. After your meal Fabio will take you the a nearby town of Calcata where you will visit artisan shops. Then you will make your way to Monte Gelato, which is made up of many mini waterfalls and mills. Now it is time to head back to your hotel. Don’t miss this tantalizing experience! |
