Owner of two fabulous restaurants and a cooking school Fabio will delight you as he shares with you his culinary passion and secrets. Your day will begin about 9:30 with a culinary walking tour of Rome. You will visit many important area of Rome including the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and many more. At the Campo de Fiori you will purchase the freshest ingredients need for your hands - on - cooking lesson. During the day this piazza is filled with fruits, vegetable, flowers, meat fish and more. Then, on to the Jewish Ghetto, where you will purchase your meats for the class. You will then walk to his apartment next to the Spanish steps to begin your lesson. After all that hard work you will sit down to a delicious meal and enjoy! Class begins at 9:30 and you should finish about 3pm. Don’t miss this delicious experience! |
