 Located in a small town near Siena this Michelin star restaurant offers hands-on cooking lessons. Chef Helene and her husband Franco conduct cooking lessons in the school’s modern kitchen. Next to the modern kitchen there is a room with a wood-burning oven where you may have the opportunity to learn about true Tuscan cooking. During your lesson Franco will teach you, as you sip, about the different wines he has selected for your lunch. The classes are limited to only 10 students and are conducted Monday through Friday. Accommodations can be arranged at an additional price. |

THE FIVE-DAY COOKING PROGRAM that includes
- 5 cooking lessons from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 1:00 p.m.
- at 11:00am a break for an aperitif with tasting of typical Tuscan products;
- Lunch at the end of each cooking lesson;
- Wine tasting of 15 different wines, selected from the best Italian production;
- English spoken assistant present during the lessons and lunches;
- Personal set of cooking equipment with school logo and recipes prepared during the classes
