Barbara has lived in the Tuscany region for almost 22 years and developed an appreciation of good food at an early age as her mother is from the Campania region of Italy. While getting her Interior Design degree in Florence she also completed her training as a Sommelier. During the hands on cooking lessons she will explain how to match wines with the recipes that are prepared. No class is complete without receiving the recipes. Special classes can be arranged if you wish to learn about making breads and pizza in a wood-burning oven.
Barbara has a passion for good food and wine so why not learn from her enthusiasm! She also enjoys making her own liquors. If you would like to conclude your lesson with a tasting you may do so. |
