 Chef Barbara lives and works in Florence. She completed her studies at the technical school for tourism and specialized in gastronomic tourism. Chef Barbara is fluent in German, French and English. Your cooking class will begin at 10am with a tour of the San Ambrogio Market where you will purchase all your ingredients for your mouth-watering Tuscan meal. You will have your hands-on class in a professional kitchen walking distance from the market. Afterwards you will eat what you have prepared. Wines will be included in the meal.
