At Daniela's Italian Cooking School you will experience Italian regional cuisine and be introduced to the "Mediterranean Diet" by Chef Daniela. Your hands-on class begins in the "Testaccio," a historical Roman neighborhood known for its open-air market and shops. You'll discover various gastronomic delicacies in this authentic part of the city, while you learn how to select the freshest ingredients. Depending on the season you'll prepare and enjoy dishes such as "pasta e fagioli," "caponata" or "parmigiana di melanzane" paired the very best local wines. Finish your meal with a delightful desert such as "homemade fruit marmalade pie." At the end of your "culinary experience" you'll receive detailed recipes of all the dishes you've prepared during the lesson.
