Your class will include a visit to the Arco di Travertino Market.   Classes are held at Chef Stefano's villa on the Appia Antica, the renowned "Appian Way" of the ancient Roman world. Please call for pricing.   Historic and Gastronomic TOUR of Rome with Stephen This tour includes a visit to the famous Volpetti Shop with tasting local specialties,a light lunch at an Enoteca in Rome with a tasting of D.O.C. wines of the region. After lunch you will continue on to Ancient Rome to the Caracalla Baths and to the ancient streets of the Roman countryside enjoying three or more gastronomic specialties.
