Half-Day cooking class:

Half day class begins at 9AM with a visit to the market. Class will finish at 2PM.
Transportation: The chef will meet you at 9AM at the Lucio Sestio METRO A Stop or you may wish to take a taxi.

Historic and Gastronomic TOUR of Rome with Stephen
This tour includes a visit to the famous Volpetti Shop with tasting
local specialties,a light lunch at an Enoteca in Rome with a tasting
of D.O.C. wines of the region.
After lunch you will continue on to Ancient Rome to the Caracalla
Baths and to the ancient streets of the Roman countryside enjoying
three or more gastronomic specialties.

I just wanted to follow up with you and tell you how much we
enjoyed our day with Chef Stephano. It was just what we were
looking for. He was terrific and the food was great - lots
of fun! Overall, we had a great week in Rome - saw a lot, did a lot and ATE a lot. We did find Castroni and brought home
quite a few things (including 3 different pastas recommended by
Stephano - for a pasta tasting!)
Thanks again for all your help in arranging this. I will keep
