Cooking classes begin in the late afternoon and last approximately 3 hours. During your lesson you will learn to prepare an appetizer, a traditional pasta course, a meat course and a dessert. Dinner accompanied by wine, will be served in the restaurant or on the panoramic terrace depending on the season.
Arrival is expected the day before the scheduled cooking class. If you would like to tour Florence with a guide before the cooking lesson this can easily be arranged. |
