October 24: (Sunday) Arrive at the Rome airport and we will be transferred to Orvieto by coach. On our way to Orvieto we will stop at the Tivoli gardens for a private tour. By mid afternoon we will arrive in Orvieto and settle into our hotel room. Free time in the afternoon to explore the medieval town of Orvieto. Dinner will be at a local restaurant.
October 25: (Monday) After breakfast we will have a guided tour of the Orvieto and visit the Duomo and Signorelli's chapel for a view of the Last Judgement. Our tour will end at noon with a glass of wine served in the Piazza del Duomo. Lunch will be on your own and we will have free time until 5pm. At that time we will have a guided visit to an enoteca and have a tasting of 3 wines and appetizers. Following we will go to a Champagneria to finish the evening with champagne and appetizers.
October 26: (Tuesday) At 9am we will depart for a guided tour of Torgiano and visit the Torgiano wine and oil museum. There we will have a wine tasting. Dinner will be in Orvieto at a local restaurant.
October 27: (Wednesday) After breakfast we will depart for a guided tour of Umbria. Before returning to Orvieto we will arrive in Montefalco and a vineyard for another tasting of three or four wines. Then it is back to Orvieto for another fantastic dinner at a local restaurant.
October 28: (Thursday) By 9am we should be on the road to Rome! We will check into tour hotel and have free time in the afternoon. Mid afternoon we will have a tour of Ancient Rome with my special guide. This tour will include the Coliseum and the Roman Forum.
October 29: (Friday) We will begin our day with a tour of the markets before our cooking class. Afterwards we will have an unforgettable feast. The rest of the day is yours to do as you please.
October 30: (Saturday) Free day to so as you please. We will meet at 8pm for our final dinner in Rome.
