Marlene Iaciofano, founded Gourmet Getaways in 1998, after many years in the travel business arranging trips for clients throughout the U.S., Europe and the Caribbean. Combining her love of travel with her passion for cooking, Marlene decided to create unique travel opportunities focusing on “sense”-ational culinary vacation tours throughout Italy, and one day tours in New York and New Jersey.
